Shipping

At DGSP, we offer fast and reliable shipping methods. We take great care in packaging your products to ensure they arrive safely. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping, please contact our customer service team. DGSP offers Free Shipping on most orders (excludes tables, tubs and dryers) over $150.00 within the 48 contiguous United States. The shipping method will be chosen by DGSP.  Free Shipping orders and items do not include “signature confirmation.” We are not responsible for missing shipments once they are confirmed to have been delivered by the carrier.  Please contact the carrier if you did not received items that have been confirmed delivered.

Tracking numbers are provided for every shipment and will be emailed directly to the email address that was provided on your order.  USPS tracking numbers come from “DGSP.”  FedEx tracking numbers come from “trackingupdates@fedex.com.”  If you do not see your tracking number, please check your spam or junk folder.
